Declaration on the establishment of a representative organization of the Advisory Council of the Heads of Protestant Churches in Russia (ACHPCR) in (region/city or town)
We, heads of Protestant associations, declare our commitment to the constitutional principle of separation of church and state, and strive to contribute to the spiritual and moral transformations in society.
We believe that uniting our efforts in this direction will facilitate the creation of a Representative Organization of the Advisory Council of the Heads of Protestant Churches in Russia (ACHPCR) in (region/city or town) (further in the text – the RO ACHPCR or RO), which aims to achieve the following goals:
• The coordination of joint activities to establish civil peace and social harmony in society;
• The development of a unified position in the interactions with the state, other religious organizations and unions;
• Assistance and support for charitable activities and social services;
• Development of proposals to improve the current legislation regarding the activities of religious organizations and unions;
• Development of relationships with state authorities, media, non-governmental and religious organizations and unions to promote spiritual and educational activities aimed at improving the moral climate in society;
• Protection of human rights and religious freedoms of believers.
The representative organization of the Advisory Council of the Heads of Protestant Churches in Russia (ACHPCR) in (region/city or town) convenes as needed. Chairman's duties are carried out by alternating Church and association leaders within the ACHPCR.
